Alright, I am gonna do this.

For vision, you had an idea. That idea was to create a character from a reference, but this... I don't know. It's the exact same thing. There is no originality, just a glance trace. I would suggest changing the pose or angle, using a proper reference and not trying to copy it exactly.

For originality, all I can say is it's not original at all. It has no unique input, or anything different. It's trying to be a copy.

Technique, I would grade half. You're very well on your way to doing a great job, but you still have a long way to go. Her hips are non-existant, and what is going on with her hand? I'm not sure... her hair is also coming from the no-point of return, just branching out from everywhere. Her shoulder is out of place, and there just feels like there's no movement to the piece, it's flat.

Overall my impact is low as well. It just seems like a copy... nothing here seems new.

I think instead of using a picture and trying to copy it directly, you need to create something of your own. Make your own impact, something original and undone.
